A special effort to tidy up Maybush Copse, cutting back the new vegetation. Wear gloves, appropriate clothing, stout footwear, bring tools if you can. If you have a petrol mower that can cope with rough ground that you can bring to the copse, we will try formation grass cutting. All welcome: There will be cake.

The Parish Action Group are working to challenge the proposal by CDC to build in excess of 500 homes in the Parish. The next group meeting is in the Village Hall at 7.30pm 23rd April.
There has been an escalation of shellfish collection in the harbour. Look out for gangs in the Thorney Chidham Channel taking large quantities eg 50 kilos each. This has an effect on wading bird populations and disturbs the ecology of the harbour. If you can, take a photo (record the date and time) and email your report to the Harbour Conservancy. info@conservancy.co.uk
