PNH Properties have launched an appeal for ‘non determination’ of the contentious planning application. At a Zoom planning committee meeting on Wednesday October 7th, the committee decided that Chichester District Council would contest the appeal. The developer has requested a hearing. WQe do not know the timetable for the appeal process yet.
