see reference 18/00900/ELD I am not sure of the implications, but the application for an Existing Lawful Development Certificate in Harbour Way, which could have been a green light for more development, has been withdrawn. Does the developer accept that his plans are unacceptable, or is he about to launch Plan B? Watch this space.
