Village Hall

The Village Hall is on the Main Road, close to the junction with Chidham Lane. Recently refurbished, the kitchen is fully equipped to cater for up to 80 people.

Chidham and Hambrook Village Hall is available for hire for meetings, events and private parties.
The hall consists of two floors
The lower floor ( Rod Isted Room) includes a well equipped kitchen , toilets and outside patio area. This floor can be partitioned with large multi – sectioned folding doors.
The upper floor, has a raised stage and is perfect for events with music and dancing. Each floor can be booked separately, if required. The Hall is fully accessible for all with a lift to the Upper Floor and a disabled toilet/ baby changing facilities

The current booking fees are as follows:-
Daytime and Regular Bookings – £9 / £10 per hour.
For evening social events – £12 for one floor/ £15 for both floors .
‘One Off’ Bookings can be arranged.
For private parties, a refundable deposit of £50 is payable.
All fees include use of the kitchen Availability and event booking.
